The team built a 3000 people product company and within 7 years took the company to IPO with $1Bn valuation in 1999. It was then one of the largest enterprise products to be built on Microsoft technologies and the first major ERP in the world with a Graphic User Interface (GUI). His vision and leadership has been instrumental in Changepond’s success and growth.

An IIT & IIM graduate with over two decades of experience in technology consulting and overseeing large scale technology implementations for Changepond’s customers. He was instrumental in the delivery success of our offshore projects worth over $120 Mn. Srinivas Katta leads Changepond’s Solutions & Technology Innovation Group, grooming our techies, providing software strategy and architecture solutions and engaging with tech partners.

Ramesh is our Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for financial management, MIS, accounting standards, Corporate Laws & Income Tax guidelines. With his two decades of experience in corporate finance, Ramesh has been helping Changepond in ensuring prudent financial management across the organization for the past 15 years.
